David and Eugene have had very different journeys to weight loss. As kids, David shopped at the “huskies” section of boy’s apparel, while skinny Eugene sometimes quite literally “forgot to eat.” In this episode, we share our personal experiences with managing weight, discuss why stress and lack of sleep are often at the heart of our weight issues, and get VERY practical with tips, tricks, and habits that ACTUALLY work for us.
